How every figure is produced

We only publish what a publicly accessible primary source supports. Every page lists its sources at the foot.

• Primary sources first: carrier and manufacturer data sheets, statutes and convention texts, the asset manager's own statements.
• Cross-check: we check dimensions and weights against at least two independent data sheets. If they differ, we state both values or none.
• No forecasts: no returns, lease rates or price series without a freely accessible primary source.
• Quotes as quotes: statements by NOBLE are marked as NOBLE's statements.
• Scope: this portal covers standard, tank and special containers. Refrigerated containers are part of the NOBLE fleet but are not covered here.
